Event Producer and Project Manager | School. 2016-2018
Worked with the Senior Account Manager and Program Manager to execute the Suntory Whisky Toki 2017 Experiential Sampling Tour events from inception to completion
Increased high levels of awareness of Suntory Whiskey by sampling the liquor/liquor cocktail to target US markets
Executed creation of a unique Japanese Whiskey tasting experience for high-end conferences and food events by having a Yatai (Japanese Street Cart) and Japanese Performances
Responsible for all production aspects for the events to include: prepping all staff on the Toki brand before arriving on site to etnsure proper product knowledge, lining up specialty products, working with artists and musicians to add a performance element (if applicable) and lining up photo and video of the event
Managed venue, promoter and vendor logistics, staff/bartender training and management, footprint build and aesthetic design and strike
Worked hand in hand with the videography and photography team to finalize the photos and produce the event experience videos (sample videos available upon request)
Collaborated with the Senior Account Manager and Program Manager to present the results of the events to the BeamSuntory team

School. is a multifaceted digital and experiential agency based in Boulder, CO. My time at School was split between many responsibilities:
Content Production - As agency producer for several video productions for clients of School, I was the liaison between the creative team, the video production company and the client. I would make sure that the original idea that was agreed upon by the client was actualized in the final deliverables.

Creative - Hit the whiteboard with the team and talked through though ideation of campaigns, slogans, and advertisements for a full range of clients and distribution mediums.
Creative Direction - Help manage and design pitch decks, slogans, storyboards and scripts to present campaigns to clients.
Experiential- Worked hand in hand with the creative director to concept, pitch and then produce experiential ideas.
Marketing Specialist | Human Movement Management 2013-2014
Human Movement Management is a large-scale event production company based out of Longmont, CO. At HMM I helped market the Ugly Sweater Run and Oktoberfest. In addition to marketing, I also hit the road with them to physically setup and host several events around the U.S.
Blog Outreach /PR - In charge of getting organic publicity from blogs and local publication outlets. Negotiated various deals and was successful in lining up several different types of media coverage.
Host - Hosted the Keg Bowling, Joust and Stein Hoisting competitions at various times throughout the course of the event.
Co-Founder and Team Lead | FestPix 2014-2015
After leading a team to win Startup Weekend 2014 Boulder, my team and I went on to develop the business plan and validate the concept.
We created a fully functional beta app and gained several clients along the way. The business was a valuable lesson in startup strategy and app development.

I am very proud of my education and my years spent at The University of Colorado Boulder. CU is a great place to get an education while also having opportunities to work on real world projects and grow professionally.
I studied Political Science because I have a passion for politics and am fascinated by international relations and the ever changing geo politics of the World.
Someday I plan to take my knowledge of production and marketing to the political arena.
Marketing Director | University of Colorado Program Council 2012-2014
Program Council is a student-run organization at the University of Colorado. During my senior year of college, I was the Marketing Director for the organization. As Marketing Director I had a wide range of responsibilities:
Artist Booking - Alongside the Director, I would help determine what A-list celebrities and artists to bring to CU.
Advertising - Put together advertising deals with the local newspaper, school newspaper, music blogs and venues around town.
Social Media - Managed the organization's social media channels and doubled our student following during my time as director.
Publicity - Managed a publicity manager who would reach out to blogs and publications to organize interviews and event coverage at our events.
Creative Direction - Oversaw the design of all flyers and promotional assets designed by our in-house graphic designer.

Project Manager | University of Colorado Snowboard Team 2012-2014
The University of Colorado Snowboard Team is an organization of students who compete in local and national snowboard competitions. During my time the manager, I held multiple sponsor accounts with brands such as Pop Chips, Zeal Optics, and Never Summer Snowboards.
During my senior year in 2014, the Team President and I tripled the size of the team through a marketing strategy I developed consisting of significant events, partnerships, and new team infrastructure.
Event and Sponsorship Director | CandyGrind 2011-2014
CandyGrind is a lifestyle clothing and snowboard soft goods company based in Colorado. As Event Director for CandyGrind, I was able to merge my passion for the snowboard industry with my love for producing and promoting events.
Over my three years with Candygrind, I developed their branded events and put on over 10 "CandyGrind Presents" events around Colorado. These events ranged from 250-1,000 in attendance.
Communications Director | Bustoshow 2011-2012
BusToShow is a transportation company that gives event goers a safe and fun means of transportation to and from events.
As Communications Director, I was in charge of their community outreach and social media.
While at BusToShow, I built partnerships with local companies and organizations to run promotions and increase ridership on the buses to events.
While I was with BusToShow, the company serviced over 100 events and still significantly reduces intoxicated driving in the Denver and Boulder areas.
