Senior Program Manager for Google Cloud experiential activations and campaigns

Position Overview

As a Senior Interactive Producer on the Google Cloud team, I led the planning and execution of high-impact experiential activations and interactive digital campaigns for Google Cloud Next and brand partnerships. Working at the intersection of product marketing, creative agencies, engineering, and executive leadership, I was responsible for translating complex cloud infrastructure narratives into compelling physical installations and immersive web experiences.

PROJECT 01

NASA FDL + Google Cloud

Led end-to-end experiential production for a dynamic, science-forward installation showcasing the partnership between Google Cloud and NASA's Frontier Development Lab (FDL). Overseeing the full lifecycle from concept through on-site execution. I served as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams—balancing creative vision, technical accuracy, and complex fabrication requirements.

  • Managing a complex production pipeline across design development, fabrication, vendor sourcing, and on-site logistics

  • Aligning NASA scientists, Google Cloud product teams, and external creative agencies on content accuracy and experience flow

  • Translating complex astrophysics and AI models into accessible, interactive storytelling that demonstrated how Google Cloud enables NASA's search for exoplanets

  • Guiding and coordinating build partners to ensure all fabrication and AV elements were delivered on time and in brand

  • Delivering a visually striking, high-traffic installation that brought complex cloud technologies to life for a general audience

PROJECT 02

Spotify + Google Cloud

Led end-to-end interactive production for "Behind the Beats," a digital experience showcasing how Spotify leverages Google Cloud to power personalization, scalability, and data-driven discovery. Overseeing the full lifecycle from concept through launch—originally designed as a physical activation, then reimagined as an immersive online experience in response to the pandemic. I served as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams—balancing creative vision, technical storytelling, and evolving project constraints.

  • Managing the pivot from physical installation to interactive digital storytelling, preserving the tactile, sensory richness of the original concept

  • Aligning Spotify and Google Cloud teams to distill complex technical infrastructure into accessible, engaging narratives

  • Guiding creative development, user experience design, and agency partnerships to ensure a polished, on-brand product

  • Integrating motion design, audio, and data visualization to create a multi-sensory journey through Spotify's backend architecture

  • Overseeing end-to-end production timelines, cross-functional alignment, and QA for a global online launch

IKEA + Google Cloud

Led end-to-end interactive production for a digital storytelling experience spotlighting IKEA's retail innovation powered by Google Cloud AI and infrastructure. Overseeing the full lifecycle from creative concepting through launch. I served as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams—balancing creative vision, technical accuracy, and brand integrity across Google Cloud, IKEA, and agency partners.

  • Managing end-to-end production in partnership with agency teams, Google Cloud stakeholders, and IKEA collaborators

  • Translating complex AI and cloud infrastructure narratives into an accessible, interactive web experience

  • Aligning cross-functional coordination across UX, design, engineering, and product marketing teams

  • Guiding agency partners through sprints, ensuring alignment on creative, technical feasibility, and brand standards

Google Cloud Activation @ IBC

Led end-to-end experiential production for a physical, narrative-driven demo showcased at the International Broadcast Conference (IBC) in Amsterdam. Overseeing the full lifecycle from ideation through on-site execution—designed in collaboration with creative agency DeepLocal. I served as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams—balancing creative vision, technical integration, and fabrication requirements for a highly specialized broadcast audience.

  • Co-leading creative development and technical integration alongside the project's lead engineer

  • Managing production of a custom-built, interactive spin-wheel installation that physically drove the user journey and highlighted Google Cloud's advantages for media workflows

  • Overseeing the production lifecycle across ideation, fabrication, agency coordination, and on-site logistics

  • Developing entry content and environmental storytelling for the Google Cloud booth at IBC

  • Aligning Google Cloud stakeholders, DeepLocal, and engineering teams to ensure smooth, on-brand delivery
