Produced and project managed the end-to-end build of a dynamic, science-forward installation designed to showcase the partnership between Google Cloud and NASA’s Frontier Development Lab (FDL). The activation translated complex astrophysics and AI models into an immersive, educational experience that helped attendees understand how Google Cloud enables NASA’s search for exoplanets.
Key responsibilities and outcomes included:
- Led cross-functional project management from concept to execution, including design development, fabrication, vendor sourcing, and on-site logistics
- Translated technical subject matter into interactive storytelling, highlighting how AI models running on Google Cloud help NASA identify planets that could support life
- Oversaw build partners and ensured all fabrication and AV elements were delivered on time and in brand
- Collaborated with NASA scientists, Google Cloud product teams, and external creative agencies to align on content accuracy and experience flow
- Delivered a visually striking, high-traffic centerpiece that brought complex cloud technologies to life for a general audience
