Nest Aware Refresh

Led the digital refresh and market expansion of Nest Aware, Google’s subscription service for home security, across the Google Store. This project required careful coordination due to the highly variable legal and regulatory restrictions placed on security camera products across different global markets.

Key experience included:

- Navigating complex regional compliance requirements for availability, feature sets, and messaging across multiple countries

- Partnering with legal, policy, and localization teams to ensure accurate representation of subscription offerings in each market

- Managing creative and technical updates to product pages and support content in alignment with shifting legal guidance

- Overseeing cross-functional collaboration with marketing, UX, and agency teams to deliver an on-brand and localized experience at scale

- Ensuring seamless user flow for purchasing and renewing subscriptions while adapting to geo-specific feature limitations
