Led the Los Angeles production for Skullcandy’s launch of The Grind headphones, executing a bold, surprise-and-delight activation that brought the brand’s rebellious, community-first energy to life. I produced a stunt-style experience where a van full of pro skaters pulled up to local parks, hosting impromptu skate comps with kids on-site.
Winners were invited onto the van and taken to The Berrics—a legendary private skate park—where they met top pros, skated alongside them, and got hooked up with free gear and exclusive access.
Key responsibilities included:
- Led end-to-end production, including talent coordination, location logistics, permitting, and creative direction on-site
- Acted as the main liaison with Stept Studios, managing the project from creative ideation through final video delivery
- Ensured seamless integration between experiential elements and video storytelling for maximum impact across Skullcandy’s digital platforms
This project as so fun as captured the raw spirit of skate culture and transformed it into an unforgettable brand moment—equal parts content, community, and chaos (the good kind).
